An interview with lawyer Andrej Rudanov on the subject of medicine and pharmacy law

On 22 December 2009, the legal portal Infolex published an interview with lawyer of the law firm Sutkienė, Pilkauskas & Partners Andrej Rudanov on the subject of medicine and pharmacy law.
Answering Infolex questions, Andrej Rudanov commented on and explained the relationship between health law and medicine law, lawyers’ contribution into formation and development of this branch of law, analysed legal grounds for prevention of medical mistakes and liability for consequences for a patient and spoke on advertising of medicinal products broadcasted on radio and television. Also, possible tendencies in development of the Lithuanian case law in the areas of medicine and pharmacy law were discussed.
