Sutkiene, Pilkauskas & Partners has a large market share in providing legal advice in real estate matters especially in the commercial property sector in Lithuania. Usually we work for developers, banks and construction companies. We help our clients with real estate acquisitions, mortgaging, division and encumbrance with other real property rights and provide assistance in the drafting of lease agreements, construction agreements and security documents. We also advise clients on a regular basis about zoning rights and construction permits and on other matters involving authorities.

Our lawyers advised AB Ventus–Nafta, the subsidiary of PKN ORLEN SA, on the acquisition of real estate (gas stations, land plots) as well as development of its gas station network, represented the client in negotiations, drafted transactions documents. We also advised Brack Capital Real Estate, a leading international owner, developer and manager of large-scale real estate projects, on acquisition of real property; UAB MOLLER REALTY, the subsidiary ofthe official distributor of Volkswagen (VW) vehicles in Lithuania, on concluding construction and technical supervision agreements. We also advised UAB Kelprojektas, the biggest technical design and engineering company in Lithuania, on participation in RAIL BALTICA design project.
