Seminar in Riga about new trends in banking

The members of the Banking and Finance Practice Group of the law firm Vilius Bernatonis, Vilija Nausėdaitė, Rokas Bukauskas, Mindaugas Skripėta, Marius Matiukas, and Justina Gaurilkaitė attended a seminar in Riga, wherein jointly with the colleagues from Latvia (Grunte & Cers) and Estonia (Tark & Co) and the representatives from the largest law firm in Sweden Mannheimer Swartling, they analysed new trends in banking when the banking sector starts recovering from the financial crisis and the possibilities of improving conventional documents applied in the banking practice when concluding new and transforming already existing agreements.
